Weekend Round Up

I had a debilitating migraine that kept me down a good portion of yesterday.. getting too old for Jonas Brothers Concerts on Sunday?? I hope it was just coincidence :/

We had a FULL but wonderful weekend, here are the highlights. 

1. Friday night was Kris' dads funeral and although funerals typically aren't fun, this one felt like more of a CELEBRATION! Leroy accepted Christ just a few weeks ago in the kitchen at their home, with a plumber. His life was a testimony to second chances and love. So glad I was able to be there

2. Both boys had their very first soccer games on Saturday and I don't typically enjoy soccer, but had a total blast watching them. Brady scored two goals!  I don't even know if they are called "goals" in soccer or not.. I am Clueless. Learning.

3. Fellowship Church celebrated 20 years of reaching and teaching Jesus all over the world! It was very exciting to be a part of and very emotional when I think of the change in my life and heart through the various ministries of FC! 

4. I WON my very first blog giveaway this weekend from the girls at eighteen25!! I am so excited and sure now that a Halloween party for the boys' friends is a MUST!

5. My Uncle Mike and Aunt Mimi were in town this weekend for my cousin's art show and we got to meet up with them and my dad for breakfast Sunday morning! Dad has ten brothers and sisters so we very rarely get to see them and I get so excited when we do :) 

6. Jonas Brothers AHHHH! It was awesome. Post to come soon. 

7. My cousin had her precious baby yesterday :) we are going to see her tonight so I will share pics of the newborn soon!
