I have read a lot more than probably any other summer of my life other than MAYBE the one summer I took 3 classes. All of which I am pretty excited about even though I have only completed 1! BAHA! Flavour is the women's group at my church, lead by Lisa Young and a team of women who are amazing women of Christ. SO this Summer, each Flavour we have been given a new book to read! So two of these are from that- "Can I have and do it all please?" By Christine Caine and " Discerning the voice of God" By Pricilla Shirer. (SHE WILL BE AT THE FLAVOUR 2010 CONFERENCE!!) Then the one I have completed and will probably read again and again until God puts a husband in my life- "Lady in Waiting"... awesome book for all the single ladies! Last but certainly not least... my guiltiest pleasure- "Breaking Dawn". I can't even believe I read the first three books and then just stopped with the Twilight Saga.. I am back on board Edward and dreaming about you on a regular basis again!
Oh yeah...went to a priscilla shirer conference last fall at McKinney. It was GREAT! She's so encouraging! And yep...Lady in Waiting...loved that book. I would journal in the margins to my future husband. I gave it to Ben after we got married!
